'EvenfallGrove started with a humble vision: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family established our pizza shop in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned business, continuing age-old family pizza recipes.
Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making through her extensive travels in Italy, apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza masters. After her return to the UK, she set out to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, focusing on classic techniques and the best ingredients.
Our small 12-seat pizzeria has since evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, but our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We adhere to traditional wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose the finest components available.
Nowadays, 'EvenfallGrove' is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi's next generation steering our devoted team. Despite integrating some contemporary conveniences, our ethos endures: making scrumptious, genuine pizza that gathers people together.
