Cancellation and Refunds of Orders

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been prepared will be refunded in full using the original method of payment. If an order has begun the preparation process, we are unable to offer a full refund. However, you may be eligible for partial compensation or a discount on a future order, at the discretion of EvenfallGrove.

Quality Concerns

We will need your order number and a description of the problem. We may offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect item, please let us know within 2 hours of receiving your order. You can return the incorrect item to our location at 43 Bedford Street, Westminster, London, WC2E 9HA, United Kingdom, or request a delivery of the correct item. We will cover all associated costs of rectifying the order.

Non-Delivery

Refund Process

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders, such as special requests that require additional resources, cannot be refunded once preparation has begun. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
